As long as you have a long-term girlfriend, fiance, or wife you qualify! You already know girls > mortgage in terms of cost AND maintenance!

Try having a long-term GF + $500K Mortgage = ME

Luckily, I paid my Z and all of my mods in cash. Just have the housey & GF to worry about.

just graduated from WIT in boston and i'm a Mechanical Engineer...Oh and yes "i'm in debt up to my eyeballs in school loans."

Hell might as well, I do QA/QC mgmt. (quality assurance/quality control) for the radiology dept. @ a local hospital in my area, and going to school full-time trying to get into Phys. Asst. Prog @ USC. Full-time work + Full-time school = NO LIFE

I install and service steam and gas turbines for power generation. I get to play with equipment that makes upwards of 2 million HP... to the wheels.
