yeah i know!...only immature people point these things out..it's a personal preference and people shouldn't bash people on their preference of auto vs. manual..i drive 20K miles/year and i'm always on the phone calling clients and stuff and in alot of traffic..and I like the ease of the automatic.they make auto vettes cause there is a demand for them...if there was not they wouldn't make them.most cars are switching more to just autos with other manual shift modes and ditching manuals cause they are generally more bought. I respect alot of cars...foreign..domestic.I still love the Z and I love corvettes..I love different things about them. yes i know nissan makes better interiors but i wanted the speed and torque of the vette. I love paddle shifters and I always will. lol to all the auto haters.

i dont think its the speed that most of the bitching kids are complaining about its the driving experience and fun that a manual provides over an auto. my first 3 cars were all autos and all sports cars of some sort, mustang gt, 300zxtt, and camaro ss. all were fun to drive but the Z 6 speed is by far my favorite. i love ripping through the gears. brings a smile to my face everytime.

again that's your opinion that the driving experience and fun is better in a manual over an auto..I PREFER AUTO..I like using the paddle shifters and then when i feel lazy i jut put in regular drive mode...I PREFER IT!

yeah great comparison. people who get autos are lazy? as others have already stated it's a simple preference.
I am just lashing out since I have *one* friend in my life, who I consider to be the least mature person in their mid 20s that I know, constantly gives me grief about it. he can **** off though his broke *** is driving a tiburon.
tired of hearing (or reading it) but there will always be the stick enthusiasts who can't drop it, even with autos keeping up with the sticks in modern tech.
the one thing I really dislike about auto is the inability to downshift multiple gears when you are rollin.
