That just proves that a set of rims is the most important mod you can do to your car. Looks great!

Wow cleaning these wheels is a B!TCH!!!! I just got home from the self car wash and I spent more time on the wheels than I did on the car because I didn't want any waterspots on them. So I got home expecting a few waterspots from driving, and the whole damn wheel was full of them!!! So I had to clean them again

Stock wheels are so much easier to take care of

LOL, does not help that there's a million in between spokes, around the rivets as well. I know how it feels. How'd you get water spots? Learn to dry better lol and do not drive over puddles/water of course.

Well I dried them pretty well, but like you said it's pretty much impossible to get those wheels totally dry before driving home. All those little rivet holes hold in the water and once you start driving, it all comes out. I don't think there's any way to prevent that unless you let the car sit and totally dry after washing it. My problem is that I live in an apartment and cant wash my car there, so I have to go out and wash it.

One thing will help you enormously, but will not eliminate 100% of the water spots: a small air blower even a hairdryer will work, provided you have a voltage conversion thingy that can be found easily.

Just need to take it with you when you wash your car. After it is done, just dry the wheels with a microfiber cloth and then blow away a few minutes.

When you get home you will see way less water spots to clean

I just finished Scrubbing the car and wheels down with Meguiar's Quick Detailer and she's looking purdy . I admit I used to take my car to the car wash and have the guys hand wash it before getting my wheels. But with these wheels, I don't trust anyone by myself (or professional detailers who know what they're doing) so from now on I'll be washing the car myself.

My friend who lives in Arizona is doing it since I suck . I'll be going back there in a few weeks, not sure when yet. I'm trying to get the coilovers before heading down there.
