Looks great! I have the same wheels and offsets and have been thinking about getting 10mm spacers all around too. Now I'm convinced!

How much room do you have between the tire and the wheel well in the rear? I have my fenders rolled and am running 285/35/19 rears so I'm wondering if +12 offset will make me rub even when rolled.

Nah you won't rub in the rear with a roll. Also keep in mind that your drop and camber settings will make a difference as well.
I left my gap at a little under 1 finger just in case of the occasional bounce and am on coils running -1 camber all around.
If you need any more advice or help don't hesitate to ask.

I think it needs a spoiler of some sort. Looks a little "empty" in the rear...
Just my opinion though
