he's going to paint the wheels black asap, that was his plan. As far as lowering goes, I did ask him the same question but he just said it's low enough. To each their own, some people like to run over speed bumps without worry, some like to have their tires tucking and go sideways on every dip/bump and that's cool. I've tried both setups and chose in between.
