Looks good, I remember thinken how ugly/worn the original plenum looked (my cars sleeping over winter also) I might have to do this.

I have a ported plenum that is going into the car this week and here's how it looks now in dark red:

Wow im glad i seen this. I was into hondas and we did this all the time to the valve covers but i didnt know how it would look on the Z Im glad i ran into this thread.
