think you have your bonnet lifter brackets the wrong way round dont you?
The bracket you have on the car should be on the bonnet and there should be bolts with a ball head on the car... wouldn have ment you didnt need to hack your covers up...
Shouldnt they look like this?
Car looks well though, love the red touchs!

i did it but its done now and im not changing them now they work just fine thanks
