rock your stock hood man. then send the seibon back... and install one that isn't ****ed up. they're not hard to install... do the rest of the car while you wait.

He's painting the hood though and just leaving the vents in cf. If I were to paint a cf hood and just leave a few accents, then I wouldn't mind doing a little repair work on it to smooth it out.

It's all good man, I know its not hard to install, its just too much down time and at this point I just want my car done! I was planning on painting the hood anyways and just leaving the vents unpainted, so if the shop can make it look flawless and fix Seibons mistake, I will just let them work their magic!

lol naw, I'm usually really patient when it comes to stuff like this. I'd rather have a job well done the first time instead of rushing it and making mistakes! Plus I already had the holes cut out for the aerocatch hood pins, so I doubt seibon would've taken it back with holes in it anyways

I'm glad you are happy with the lights.
It's cool to see how many others seem to like them too. Maybe I'll get some more business. LOL

I assume your car is still at the shop? Talk to them and see if I can come wire up the halos either one evening later this week or maybe sometime this weekend.

Thanks Tim, you did an AMAZING job on the lights! I appreciate it big time and highly recommend anyone looking for light work to get in touch with you! As for the car, yes its in downtown PHX at paint shop, so if you would like to go there to wire it you can. If not when its done being painted I can swing it by your house and let you finish it up? Whatever is easier for you

Very nice redline. I remember when mine was stock when I first got her. Any plans on modding?

Nice work so far. I went through many iterations before I reached my
current plateau. I remember the fails (of which there were many) and
the wins (of which there were few) along the way.

As long as you really enjoy the car, knock yourself out - within reason.

Thanks guys!! I know what your saying man! There's always more fails along the way, or so it seems. And just when stuff goes right something else goes wrong haha. It is what it is! there are 2 types of cars out there, ones that have had mishaps and ones that soon will lol.

And I will definitely post more pics as the progress continues Thanks again for the compliments!

Sorry for not having updated pics yet! I stopped by the paint shop to take a few and they came out blurry and I didn't notice at the time. Everything is prepped and ready for paint, its been taking longer then expected due to some heavy rains and other setbacks, but the car should be done by this weekend!
