Lol, wheels it is then. I'd love to get some Volks but will likely end up with something cheap like Axis.

Make sure you buy the right spec/offset.

Yeah, I've never been good at wheel specs. In the past, I've just bought used stuff from other forum members after seeing pics of them on their cars.
After the TE37s I bought for my Suby, I may buy new from now on. Found one of those to have been repaired extensively when I swapped tires out.

I think the wheels are just fine. And, I really like the yellow, too.

The wheels are ok, but the lady that bought it new curbed the absolute hell out of them. It's been shopped out for the pics.
I'm not just talking about the lips, the faces and everything.

Well let's see...
1. It's a 35th and that was a big deal when I was looking for one.
2. Different motor
3. Basically the same options as a grand touring

if volks is what you really want then save up and wait. Just slap on some spacers and your car would look 2x better with stock wheels than any axis wheels imo.

Never ran spacers before. Where would be a good place to start?

Very nice! To start on spacers, check out the wheel/tire forum. There's a sticky for spacers at the top, browse through a few setups. Choose the one you like and buy spacer size accordingly
