Don't get me wrong either your front rotor or rear rotor is on incorrectly but without looking at the direction of the internal vanes there is no way I nor anyone else could tell you what direction is the proper direction.
the fronts are on correctly, b/c the front rotor's had a "L" for LEFT SIDE" and "R" for the RIGHT SIDE. so i guess my rears are on wrong? will it cause major problems if not fixed asap?

They are brakes, wouldn't you want to make sure they are working 100% as intended before you drive the car an inch again? I don't know about you but that's how I am.
