Sorry to be debbie downer but I see some issues that need to be fixed. One, looking down the side profile of the door the paint job isn't that clean, it has orange peel everywhere. Two, isn't that a stock bumper? Why is their a fitment issue between the corner of the bumber and the fender where they meet on the passanger side and between the headlight and bumper. three, already was mentioned why is there a dent in the door. Four, as already mentioned the hood to bumper gap is bad but that should be taken care of.

Nice pics. I just picked up a D3100. I absolutely love it and I don't even know how to use it yet.

+1 on the orange peel but maybe once it's polished/buffed it will clear up

I recomend removing the decals on the hatch(every hellaflush Z has those in the same spot) I think it will give it a cleaner look. Other than that car looks good

I think the reflectors in the front bumper should go back in but blacked out, and the paint/fitment is way off, and is the kit frp? it looks a little wavy. But only picky people like ourselves really care about that kinda stuff. A good body guy should have been able to make the body gaps like OEM. My whole front end was aftermarket(hood, fenders, front bumper) and the body lines were still like OEM. Either way, congrats on the car!
