It was weird to be at an actual legit R&D type of shop. They have a full-blown office operation including a couple degree'd engineers which is always refreshing to see. It's pretty cool that they hand-make all of their exhaust systems right there on the premises. I think they had 7 or 8 guys working back in their fab shop.
I hear ya on Carraba's. I'm personally sick of it because I've been there so often (there's one about 10 minutes from my house), but the complimentary bread and spiced olive oil is unbeatable.
If you were ever looking for an exhaust, i'd recommend them. My brother had the AWE Twin 2 exhaust on his old B5 and it sounded amazing. It's cool to have a shop that makes their own parts so local.
Carrabba's bread and olive oil mix is so good, but I can definitely see how you can get sick of it haha.

I'm definitely going to consider the AWE exhaust. I'll have to see if I want to add any additional noise to the car....but it sure does look pretty!
Yea it definitely does look good. The tips they use are the best part. The finish is really high quality. They actually helped my brother out twice, since a dealership dropped the AWE exhaust on the ground lol, and AWE had to fix it. Old blackberry phone pic is old.
