Cell picture doesnt do this color justice (its still Nogaro Red paint code but way better than factory paint) wet sand and 3 more coats of clear to go. Did an antenna delete, rear wiper delete, debadge and rolled the fenders as well.

Thanks guys, Ill post better pics outside when shes all done probably this weekend.
Well story is (ill keep it sort of short) it started to fade and get hazy which seems to be happening to a lot of red Zs down here in FL, both Redline and Nogaro Red from what Ive seen. Clear coat was completely gone on my side view mirrors and the A pillars were getting there too, oh and I also had a good amount of rockchips on the bumper and hood as well from long interstate drivers and construction pretty much everywhere I went
.
Ran it by Nissan, first they said theyre gonna paint it but turns out theyre d!ckheads when it comes to paint related warranty claims so after a year of going back and forth with them I let it go.
Got real lucky because a good friend of mine is an amazing painter and opened up his own body shop, I jumped on the idea of getting him to paint the Z since Ive seen his work on some exotics he has done.
Helps that im paying next to nothing for this kind of paint job which would normally run at least $7k + welding the antenna, wiper and rear Nissan burger holes lol.
