In all of Greater Vancouver, including 6 or 7 towns, currently there are only 2 UNITS of houses (with any sort of land) under $500k.
So real estate here has gone through the roof in the last couple years since the economic crash...

custom fenders waiting to go on... Amuse doesn't make these for the 370z, so we had to go custom from Dubai... modified with oem fenders for a perfect fit.

nah he's an older guy. Great guy though. Owns a few crazy property around BC and rents out. A retired managing director of an investment firm.

I always have the same thought just like you.....it always fun to push the slow car to its limit than the car that already make all of that seems so easy as cake.

I'm STOKED your back in a Z. I have always LOVED your taste and overall approach to building cars. That has been one of my biggest inspirations since I got my Z, and a lot of the reason I saw the potential that ultimately led to my "masterpiece". I don't think I could have ever visualized my car as it sits if not for Alyssa.
Cheers for holding the creative process of building and personalizing cars so high when you could just as easily buy a supercar and call it a day, although I guess your doing both lol! But you get the point...
Often I have wondered what would happen if I got a 370 in my hands, this is literally the next best thing! I cant wait to watch this happen. Its great to have you back and good luck trying to stay modest with this one, I'm confident you'll be setting more trends in no time!!!
