trying out some night photos of my TT Z32
I only had about 20 minutes the other night to take some pictures, but a few of them came out pretty good I think. I really need to invest in some lighting equipment (or at least rent some), but I tried to make best use of the available light sources.
Critiques are more than welcome; I'm extremely novice with photography and always appreciate tips.

thanks guys.
Sony A33, these shots using a fixed 17mm Tokina lens. I was looking for a wide-angle but didn't want to spend a lot; I found this Tokina for about $300 with a really nice hood and a standard UV filter.

Moforeynolds- I saw your car in person at the gateway Z car shoe in hazelwood. Looks like you have some good photography skills. Car looks super clean, perfection. Wanna take some pics of mine?

just kidding, but I was quite disappointed in the lack of people that showed. Which Z was yours? And yes, I'm always interested in a photoshoot! It's good practice for me. My schedule is pretty nutty, especially through October (I own a small clothing company, and we do costumes) but shoot me a PM sometime and we'll figure something out.
thanks all!
ha! Nah, no trades.
I have a project that I'm working on right now, will pull it out when it's a little farther along
Thanks for the tip on the Rule of Thirds thing, I'm going to try paying more attention to that.
ah, very cool! I'd never heard of those (weird?). I have a very nice pistol-grip tripod, but it's quite big and bulky to haul around. Plus I'm usually laying down to take my shots, so the tripod doesn't do me much good anyway. I'm going to order a monopod now, thanks!
