I like them! You are right it will look even sweeter when you lower it.
They used to make these with red accents, but now only blue. I almost bought a slightly used set in red just to mix it up with my TE37SLs but the deal ended up falling through.

The car is absolutely DUMPED at this point. Pics to come in the next few days after the suspension settles and she gets aligned. Looks amazing now.

Thanks! I've seen all three versions in person and I agree that this is the best looking set. I love that in direct sunlight they look all blue!

I definitely love these wheels but I wouldn't be so bold to say that Volks are overplayed. They are absolute classics no matter what!

the black n blue version is probably the better looking of the three available choices. the black and red is more of a brown and red... they did the black spokes first then freakin sprayed red over it to get the cutouts on the sides.. so in the sun they looked brown.
im sure you'll notice too in the sunlight, your wheels will look more blue than black. i got a great deal on black/red and thats why i ended up powdercoating mine white.

surprisingly I dig them - off the car they look kind of bad, but on the car they look good. haven't seen them installed on a car (saw Chebosto's but his didn't have the 2nd color on em) : )

Here are some updated photos. I also put new lug nuts, valve stem caps and carbon fiber in the center caps. I wasn't feeling the chrome center caps as there they didn't match up with anything on the car. I'm still not 100% of the CF but I think it looks much better. The blue in the lugs/center caps match the blue inset perfectly.
