Because it's lighter and better performance. And he had them both before replacing them with his current Endless bbk.

The Akebono kit is HEAVY, which is probably why Flo-rida said he'd go with the OEM Brembos.

As cool as the FD's are, I wouldn't want one as a daily driven car. I'd go with the exhaust if it were my car. You've got looks covered for the most part (other than the Volks you mentioned), so next is sound and power. Brake upgrades can wait, unless you track the car. If so, then do the brakes now. You could always do better pads and some slotted rotors now, and the BBK down the road.

By the way, which Ksport coilovers are you on? I'm assuming the Kontrol Pro?
