Yes, using a digital SLR, Canon in my case, set it to TV, and then adjusted the shutter speed from 1 sec to 3 sec for more motion and to allow more light in. Advice...use a tripod and either a remote for the shutter or timer so your hand doesn't move the camera when you take the picture. Great for fireworks or pictures where you want moving lights in the background like a highway.

Oh ok thing is everytime I go its filled with cars but I like it cause it has good lighting unlike some of the others ones in the area

 

yeah you prolly go on weekends, weekdays are always emtpy
