The key is not to wash the car. I have washed it once in the past year. If I have to wash bugs off of the front I will, but I use a car duster and use Quickdetailer for the rest of the car. I had the car wet sanded and polished last year. She is five years old and only has 20,000 miles on her.

 

Well my friend, its definately working for ya!

Black is a difficult color to maintain, but when it is done up right (as yours is) there is nothing that looks quite as good.

Again, please post your pics and how you maintain your paint in the Cleaning and Detailing forum. The guys there would really appreciate it.

 

Well 20,000 miles in five years is the secret. You dont drive it that much. I drive over 100 miles a day. I dont have a choice but to wash it. Keep it up, it does look like it is working for ya! Sexy..

I agree. Wash when you have to, but I use a duster and detail spray most of the time and don't have to wash unless I get caught out in a bad rain. Even then my kids laugh because the nxt 2.0 and rain x cause all the water to bead and roll right off the car.
