Backagain should make his pic into a poster..ITS HOT!!. But is it just me or is the color of the front bumper way off? It might just be the light. Anyways that pic is very nice..I love the reflection in the water.

does any one heard about SEIBON i 'm sure but i mean like how well they fit .

 

I heard that seibon was having some serious problems for a while in regards for their hoods not fitting well at all. I have a seibon OEM style hood and the fitment is perfect on it. Iono. Hope my Gt-7s will get here soon, it feels like its taking forever!

 

I also heard that Seibon has some trouble w/the carbon fiber turning yellow

 

I almost got a Seibon hood but was advised not to by a good friend in the industry because they have had many different problem's... worse being they are **** to cracking... So much for me getting my hood. =(

 

Have you guys heard anything about their CF hatches cracking?

 

 

I've got the Siebon TS style hood and I've got mixed thoughts on the quality of this hood. The little safety mechanism on my hood is starting to crack, and I'm starting to worry a little about it. I really don't want to have to use hood pins cause I think it really ruins the look. The latch itself is still in good condition and I'm not too worried about it.

The fitment is alright, at first I could have sworn it was perfect, but now it seems like on the passenger side it's not completely flush, and the gaps are definitely larger than OEM.

The carbon fiber portion of my hood still looks really good, it's not cracking or fading, but I keep my car garaged most of the time and it's only exposed to direct sunlight when i'm parked at work.

I think for the price the quality and fitment is pretty good.
