After 9 months of being in the body shop, I was finally able to pick her up today. My birthday is in 1 week and so to me it was great timing. I know you guys arnt here to read my story but to look at pics. I put her on the dyno, Dynocomp, and she made 558rwhp, so to bad for September weather.

Looks good man! Congrats on getting it back, a 9 month wait would suck.

 

I really like the front end but the center grill looks better painted though. Overall looks very tasteful.

Thanks man, it was actually supposed to be painted black, but I guess there was a lose in translation. I still like it, but I do agree with you. Now I need some bigger brakes and do something with the interior. Then I'll be close to finished, since we all know, we are never done.

Love the set up! Most definitely get some BBK and you should paint your volks another color to show them off!

i think the carbon hatch detracts from your car a lot. too much black and white and that hatch really throws off the contracts and profile of your car. i like the hood accent and bottom of the car blacked though. The rear diffuser I think its a nice touch but the vortex diffusers dont match the sides. If I were you I would consider getting nismo rear spats and keeping the middle of the Top secret style diffuser. I think it would pull you car together nicely.

But if you like the car the way it is props to you! and lots of work put into that ride! good job.

Thanks, Trying to decide what BBK to run. i have to watch out with my wine taste and water budget lol. The Volks will be getting a different scheme later down the line as well.

Blowoff valve is pushing up on the hood, nothing wrong with alignment

Yes sir, just cut and weld it so the angle doesn't have it facing into the hood.

Rain all weekend is the forecast. As soon as I get a sunny day, I'll get some pics up.

Dumping under the drivers seat lol. Exhaust I had didnt clear the rear diffuser. Since it is turbo, figured it wouldnt be to bad.....I was wrong lol....I am getting an exhaust made though for it. Right now trying to find a good muffler to use that will fit.

Thanks man... I'm not completely done with the body just yet. I do agree the CF hatch does make it stick out, but the more I look at it, it doesnt bother me. I'm just happy to have my car back.
