Default The Z is gone and now STi (with Videos)

I have been a Nissan guy since the day I could drive and decided it was time for a change. Plus the wife wants to have kids so 4 doors is needed.
I got the car on Thanksgiving day in 2011. I was looking at used STi hatches and the wife said, "lets just get you a new one" As soon as the words left her mouth we were headed to the nearest Subaru dealer where I found my Spark Silver sedan with SPT Cat-back already installed. I knew it was mine the minute i sat in the car.

I have never left a car stock so the modding was already in my head before I left the dealer.

Video of my SE-R

Video of my Twin Turbo Z

Video of my STi

Mods installed as of right now:
Cobb AP Stage 2+ (Stage 1 at 900 miles and stage 2 at 3000 miles)
Cobb SF intake with box (900 miles)
Invidia cat-less DP (3000 miles)
SPT CBE (0 miles) - Gone
Invidia N1 Street CBE (6000 miles)
BC Racing coilovers (1500 miles)
15mm spacers (1500 miles)
Stock wheels painted Gloss Black (1000 miles)
Enkei RPF1 18x10 +38 SBC (8000 Miles)
CS Style front lip

Here some pics of my old babies.....and then on to the new one!

2008 G35S 6spd w/Wheels, suspension and exhaust

AND NOW FOR MY SUBIE!!!!!!!

The day I got her:

As she sits right now:

Quick video i made at Stage 2+

I finally after 3 months of waiting received my 18x10 +38 Enkei RPF1 in SBC with 265/35/18 Bridgestone Potenza RE730.

Here are some iPhone pics. Will get better ones later.

Camber in from -2 and rolled fenders in the rear with a slight pull.

Nice STi, congrats. IMO the newer ones sound better than the 04-07, presumably due to the different exhaust setup. The quad exhaust exit looks mean too.

quick question, are those WOT runs in those speedometer vids? they look really slow compared to the older sti. my buddy got the 2008 hatch sti and it looks faster than that as well. is there something diff with the sedan version?

Yes they are WOT throttle on the STi. Nothing different from hatch to sedan. Nothing slower. The new STi's are a little faster than the older models.

Thanks for all the compliments guys. I really love this car. It's a lot of fun.

Congrats I my self converted my 07 350z to 10 Sti Hatch
Love the feel of the sti, and love the fact that i can take sti out in any weather and still enjoy it, compared to 350z i felt bad and didnt enjoy 1 bit of rainy or cold weather driving.. but maybe its just me lol
i think i have seen your sti on the iwsti forums if im not mistaken..

Thanks for the compliments.

I am ordering some more goodies this week. Getting Equal Length Header, up-pipe, and going to external wastegate
