Have you given any thought to hood struts? b2autodesign has black ones and carbon fiber ones that don't require any cutting of the battery & brake booster shrouds.

Thanks! I've looked at them but now that I have this carbon hood I'd be afraid it may crack the fiberglass on the underside of the hood.. maybe it wouldn't though?
