Default Media Pass D1GP Coverage *Part I*

I will post as many images as I can daily, and a full gallery should be up on my website, http://www.friscomix.com shortly. :-D

Special Thanks:

T.Y. Yap
Jeff Yip
Steve Shaffer
Jeff, Elvis, and Jesse
Ken Fujimatsu
and others who allowed me the opportunity to take some of the most INSANE shots ever.

The above shots were taken with T.Y.'s DRebel and a variety of lenses. The action shots were taken with a 70-200MM CANON EF 2.8L USM EOS. *sniff, I have to return it tomorrow*

More shots tomorrow. I am sure others have broken down the details of the event already - I'll just say that it was absolutely incredible.

I was so bummed out I didn't get to see the DRFT FD drift...but your pic of it in motion almost made up for that!

Don't you think the rest of the car is a little over the top too? I mean some of them even had strobe lights on their headlights while they were drifting.

It seems like a ridiculous thing when you're looking at the still pics but seriously...when two cars are going sideways at 80mph inches apart from each other, with smoke spewing everywhere...where the overall dynamics is just leaving you in awe....all this flashy stuff on the car doesn't seem out of place at all!

Thanks for the compliments guys. And yes - the s15 altezza trend was shocking to say the least.
