What you ladies don't understand is that drag racing isn't just about your times. Yes, that is a part of it, but it's more so about your skills. That is things like how consistent you are. How adaptive to the conditions of the track, climate, different mods, etc. How well you drive and put the power down to the ground.

Don't be discouraged because you're stock or you're still new to manual transmission. Nobody's making you powershift or even speedshift, do massive burnouts, or gonna talk down to you because you couldn't break 13s. I guarantee that my first and probably up to my 3rd run will be in the 14s. And I'm also willing to bet that many won't break 13s. The people that you see on this forum getting great times are on drag radials/slicks, veterans to drag racing, have much better track, better climate, low altitude, or just plain lying. How many people claim they've done 13.7 stock but don't show proof? Don't get the wrong idea about drag racing.

BTW, here is the list to most of the decent to best drag racers on this forum. I hope to see you guys on that list soon.

It's ok. That's how you learn. If you don't try, how will you ever learn? BTW, it's easier to learn when you're stock than when you're modded. Plus, you're gonna wish that you had done it when you were stock since if you do it after modded, you don't know how much improvement the mods gave your car and you have more power to break loose the tires. And remember, dyno numbers don't mean ****, unless done on same time, same condition, same dyno, same everything.

Well, lots of people have been PMing me offers for my exhaust. Then a local guy wanted it and I finally gave in after a month. At the time, I was looking for an exhaust to replace it with (I didn't want stock), but I didn't find any exhausts that I liked. So, I just settled for a new headunit, but then I saw Nexx's TPs for a pretty damn good price.

I definitely lost top end from taking off my old exhaust. But then, I got my low end back plus a little more. Pro-1 sounded better and is better for the drag strip, but for daily driving this is better. It's kind of an even trade off (performance vs practicality) and this is the first time I ever chose practicality over performance (I still got some performance out of it though). But hey, the price was right.

BTW, why am I being interrogated? I'm still gonna call you a girl if you don't show up or don't race. No need to act nice to me with the questions. JK

I'm trying to save up money, but if money wasn't an issue, that's the exhaust I'd have.. or the Amuse one. Now I have to buy a clutch, so money for my next mod = gone again. Everytime I get money saved up for what I want, I have to buy something that I didn't think I'd have to get.

BTW, I don't like biters and I don't like biting, neither.

Good job. I hope we get more S2000 to show up. That'll be more fun than just the Z's with the american cars.
