Thumbs up Pence Nissan - Richmond, VA

Just a quick (or maybe not so quick) thumbs up for the service dept. at Pence Nissan on Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond. Took the car in a couple weeks ago for the feathering "issue". My tires were beyond the measure of the TSB so the initial claim by the service advisor was denied but he advised me to call Nissan directly. Unbeknownst to me, the service manager was also calling and we spoke with the same woman. He convinced her that the only reason they were speaking is because I do my own service (well within my rights) and the tires were beyond the TSB but the issue was the same. In the end she agreed and they replaced the tires. While there I had them rotate them (didn't know at the time I would be getting new ones as well) which they did. They fixed the seat (I did have to make an extra trip up there as when they were done, the seat didn't click, but sounded like a rusty door over every bump, turn etc.). As with most things, my trunk door and gas lid don't open routinely but while there, during all three occasions, all operated flawlessly.

Cullen Lumpkin (I think I spelled that right) is the Service Manager and did an excellent job looking out for my interests. First car I've bought from them but wouldn't hesitate to do it again. The Sales/Finance dept. lack a little but thumbs up for service.

Yeah I must agree....I bought both my Zs from Pence and both sales/service were pretty efficient.
