Yes. The meetings are the second Monday of the month (March 14, 2005 next) at Frankies Place for Ribs on Kempsville Road at Providence Rd.

If you are interested, I'm putting together a mock rally this Sunday, leaving Princess Ann Park at 1:00 pm and ending at Pungo Pizza for food and fun at around 03:00 pm. It's a great way to meet some of the members of the club, and caravan through the back roads of the Blackwater/Pungo area. It will also show you where most of the Auto-X events are held in the area, since Old Pungo Airfield is right next to Pungo Pizza.
