Trying to find a place near Arlington that can mount/balance tires for me. I dont want any old schmo scratching up my new lips. Also, the cheaper the better...Thanks!!!

talk to Chris, his sn is huducks. He has a shop in DC and has the ability to, I guess it's called reverse mount, and also can balance rims. I don't want to offer him up, but he'd probably take care of you better than most.
