Default Golf

Well with the nice weather, and me being from North Carolina, I feel the need to get out and golf. Does anyone around here know of any good places in the NoVA/MD area for public golf. I know of Hanes Point, and I might trying that out this weekend. Any other places? Anyone actually want to try and get a group together to play?
Thanks for the help in advance.

Brett

There are plenty of nice golf courses around here. It depends on where you would want to play. I like Falls Road, Blue Mash, and PB Dye in Maryland. Twin Lakes, Pleasant Valley, South Riding in VA. Pricier courses that I like are Rapsberry Falls, Whiskey Creek, and Hampshire Green. Haines Point gets a little crowded on the weekend, nice scenery but so-so on the course condition. I played the white course last Friday.

If you care to venture as far south as Richmond or Fredricksburg I know of several and would head out with ya.
