Might be staying overnight in norther VA friday. My car will be done friday sometime and I dont see the point driving back to richmond then back to EVO sat mornning. Looking for a place to wash my car friday night or sat mornning

Toby, where are you staying? If it's not too far, you could probably come out here and wash at my house. I have all the necessary washing supplies, and will probably be washing in the morning as well.

There are some nice hotels near Dulles on 28 that are pretty equi-distant between my place and Evolution. They'd be about 10 minutes from Evolution.

I'm about 20 minutes west of Vertex and I'm only about 10 minutes north of the hotels I mentioned. I'm about 20 minutes north of Evolution, so the hotels are pretty much dead-on the half-way mark between me and Evolution. They're also be about 30 minutes from Vertex. If you stayed out near Dulles, you could pick your car up from Vertex and then swing by my place before heading down to Vertex. It's up to you man.

 

LOL...I'm just messin' with you man. I've never taken my car to a car wash, but I've heard horror stories about people trying to take lowered cars through the automatic car washes and having bumpers damaged, etc.

Curious, is that Mr. Wash place a 'wash it yourself' place, or is it an automatic car-wash?

Mr. Wash in Chantilly is the only "hand wash" car wash around. Not "scratch and gouge".
