I'm down for the calendar, and I'll be at EVO tomorrow getting my junk installed.

 

I dropped my car off at vertex too!! Hopefully it will be done soon so that i can be in the calender too! I saw your car there pumpedva, it looked like it was missing a few peices though..

 

I guess we'll have twins there, my greddy front and sides are getting installed tomorrow

By the way, off of 28 next to Dulles mall there is a super cool modern building that is not occupied. They have a sweet entrance that would look awesome. Will post pics of it in a sec.

That building is about 3 minutes from my house. I drive by it almost daily.

OK, so far the list is as follows:
I know that building being referred to. It should be a safe bet for a series of shots. I have heard there is a warehouse around EVO, that might be worthwhile to check out. Anyone else have any thoughts of places for pics?

Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

 

Algonkian park is just up the road from that building about 10 minutes. I've taken some good shots there as well. It is right on the water, there is a boat drop, and multiple backdrops. If we end up hitting the vacant building and have time, we could go to the park.

 

Sounds good to me. I have not been back in that area in about 2 decades.
Be interesting to see how it has changed. I remember the pool, golf course and park that used to be way back there..

This is going to be one bad A$$ photo shoot!

 

I agree...The only negative at this point is that it's going to be cloudy (according to weather.com) which washes out all the colors (but white).

I guess we'll play it by ear.

We're going to have 2 SLR grade cameras going. The only thing we need to make sure of is that we move cars QUICKLY so that we can cycle through single car shots quickly. Setting everyone up for the group shot is going to take some time. This photo took a good 10 minutes to set up....at least.

 

and no heads in the shot LOL

 

he he...You gotta admit though, the symmetry of the colors in that shot is pretty awesome.
