The condo i was looking at is like 5 min outside of historic annapolis. I was going to buy but i might rent now. Either way i need a roommate. heh

I'll be honest with you, a decent roomate is hard to come by. My advice to you is this; put up with some idiot for a year but all the while be looking for his replacement. Good luck on your search!

you can always post on craigslist.com just make sure you meet and screen people ahead of time....that site is great but you can get some serious wacko's there...

 

Yea i'm a little scared of Craigslist to be honest heh. I think i'll have to look through the newspaper or something i guess.

u should get tons of replies on craigslist. but just interview all of them and just wait for the right one. just make sure u follow the golden rule about getting a hot female roomate that will give it up.
