I'm down for a meet around tysons, it's the median between MD and the fairfax area so VA ppl wont complain about a 40 min drive up to MD and MD cant complain about a 40 min trek down to VA. Just gotta find a nice big empty spot w/o any security guards. Me and a few buddies usually head up to the Ritz Carlton's top parking deck (near Tysons 2), nice view of the entire city.

What about Great Falls national park? Top deck at the Ritz would probably be good too. Is RFK Stadium's parking lots closed when there isn't an event planned?
