Ive offered a couple times now to hold a Mid-A drag clinic lol. I would be down with trying to help people drag better, just dont think its gonna happen over night, you need to practice, practice, practice.

Count me in if you want to hold a drag clinic.

I still want to get together and talk UTEC like we discussed yesterday.

Dude...I live in the country...that said, every road is long and deserted.

I had a great time yesterday. Look forward to UTEC 101. You let me know when and where and I'll be there.

+1

I've been to the track about 6-7 times and about 20-30 runs in the Z and I've finally pulled a 1.9 60' and more 2.0s. I was consistently pulling 2.2-2.3s but now I'm consistent with 2.0-2.1s and hopefully that will drop a little bit more

I'm sure I could pull a 1.9 off again but I haven't been back since. Need to change my plugs.

Congrats on your time again man... that's one hell of a benchmark you set.

Sorry I couldn't meet up with you guys afterwards... I was stuck in the staging lanes for like 2 hours waiting to get my wife's run in... she cut an f'n 2.00 60'... her 1st time ever at the drag strip... on my ****ty *** tires. It's funny though, she didn't know to go full throttle after each shift... she would ease into full throttle. She woulda had an awesome 1/4 time if not for that.

She says thanks.

I ran a 14.6@99.xx... pathetic. I only got one run in. I scrubbed the launch (2.3 60') and scrubbed the shift into second. I gave my wife advice on how NOT to launch and she took it very well. I was hoping to get another run in but the wait was rediculous.

you really dont want to know but 13.41 60 ft i think was 2.28 trap 101mph,i cant find the time slip but it spun all the way thru at least 150 ft.you can feel it when the rear is just barely hooking.but thats ok cause the big meats and wheels just arrived woooohoooo.btw it was cold windy as hell and i was on bridgestone s03,s summer tires that hate anything cold,i cant wait till the next runs.little 245/45/17,s on the rear.

DAAAAAAAAAAMN skippy! That's freakin' awesome numbers you got there. Now, about those 6.5k launches....come on...even with pre-loading, those are are really high rev launches for a RWD car! I can't say I totally approve only 'cause I'd be scared of something blowin' up. Well, you know what the heck you're doin' :P. Nice shifting in the vid...I thought you were gonna break your damn console!
