Default Cheap Header Install Shops

Quick question... one of my boys is looking for a shop to install headers for between $200-$300. Any ideas?

The reason being is most shops actually drop the tranny for a header install. Makes it trouble free vice trying to get around it.

Good Luck! Let me know if you find a shop willing to do his install at that price. I'll buy headers and have them do mine as well.

cheap and header install don't belong in the same sentence...

Cheapest place I found was a shop called "ProTune" in Manheim, PA. They charge ~$350 to do header install.

If I still had my Z I would've put mine on myself, but this isn't for me. I've heard of people in this area getting it done for $300 and less.

To be fare, 5,000 miles after the install, I had problems: the bolts had worked themself loose. But it was my fault. Rob told me to return to check the torque. I didn't.

Yes the drive was worthwhile. I could have spent the night at a motel, and had dinner, and still saved money.

Rob is cool. While the car was on the lift, I cleaned the inside of the wheels, polished hard to reach painted areas, and polished the exhaust system.
