The install will not be that difficult. Heres why. We are going to take the whole system off of Matt's car, so we will know exactly how its supposed to go/look/work. So Im figuring maybe 10 hours? One thing that may hold up is I need to have Meineke or someone weld a bung onto one of my cats, so one will have to come off, I doubt they can do that with them on the car? Ill call and ask, but thats one thing. I want to have the SS box ready to drop in by that time as well, the oil pan is drilled/tapped,got NGK's on the way. He even has USB cable and software so you can tune with the R4. Neato, although Ill leave that to someone else. Matt said he started at 7am and finished at like 10pm, so we could do a little less since itll be fresh in our heads. I just hope the oil return line is long enough to reach the spacer, should be.

 

Im not worried about difficulty, im just a perfectionist. meaning everything has to be perfect or go home!! Ill be ready. i have my duty swap and it cost me a BILL!!!

The O2 bung can be welded with the cats on the car still.

That is great! I just ordered EGT and A/F, I want to have one for the other side, not just the wideband side. Woohoo! So thats good I can just swing into midas or something and theyll do it, boobies. Cant believe I was able to get some gauges! Thanks John!

Does he work on Saturday? I was wanting to install this thing on Saturday am. Or maybe start friday night, then finish saturday am and dyno on sat am?Do they do that by appointment on saturday?
