Unbelievable what Mikey can do with those polishing and wax products from Meguiars... The swirl marks are gone, some people sat on the front at some point and there are some pretty Bad scratches that can't be fixed, and the shine is amazing.. almost like an orange mirror.

Let’s catch up this weekend?
I've got to get with Mike and give the G a thorough round of lovin'. I heard that he's got it down to a science...

I'm glad to hear that the lotus is lookin' sweet, except for the new scratches . I was thinking about having a get together at the house this weekend (BBQ or something to break in the deck ). I'll give you a shout this week to figure it out...

Hey Mike, Brent ... where do you guys usually get together to do your detailing ... I've got some swirl marks I need to buff out. As for the "Scratches" ... are they deep into the clear coat?

Usually I just do it at Casa Del' Mike

Brent was looking a little Green on sunday, and since we had to clean up his *drinks* from the car... figured I'd whip out the ol' Porter Cable and see what I could get out real quick. I'm pretty sure with more time I could get the scratches out of the front fender.

I'm already pretty booked up... I have Kelly and Nowell comin' over this saturday so I can work on thier cars.

Dutch, if you want to swing by.. feel free to

(I also shouuld get Maxima Randy over.. his paint needs some help... )

Yea, you could probably get the scratches out, but since this is not a show car, it is something I can live with for a while. I need to clean the interior this weekend. I stinks from the long sweaty drive from Vegas. I know Kelly’s ride needs some attention and Randy’s is in definite need of some loving… after some touch up on the chips with a paint pen that is.

That scratch on the driver’s side front fender is just nuts man. It starts at the headlight and pretty much runs the length of the front clamshell. Truly blows. I really think someone was sitting/ posing on the front of the car when it was parked sometime.

FYI: Mike make sure to get some pics of the cars for Meguiars. Everyone else, lets make sure we don’t show up empty handed to Mikey’s place. Drinks and food are always welcome at his place, but he prefers cute single women… LOL

I'll be on a mini 4 day(20th-24th) vacation in Miami. Maybe in the next month or so ... beer/food on me.

edit: maybe I'll bring you back a hot boriqua from Miami ...

Thanks a lot. I might go I might not... depends on whether if I go on any trips that weekend or not. If I'm in town, I'll be there.
