It is kinda high. My friend picked up a IS300 (auto) with 60K miles for $16K from a private party.
When I was car shoping the IS300 was on my list of cars. dealers would sell them from $22K-28K $22 would get you in the 40K mile range. 28K would get you under 10K miles.
If you were a dealer and the car had like 30K less then I think your price would be about right.
Only real upside to your car is the fact that its a rare 5 speed. but even those when over priced are not priced that high.
either way, good luck. it's a nice car.
