I'm wondering how others have handled touchy situations.

I had a guy spit on my Integra once. I was driving on 29 north and normally I take I-70 home, but I forgot I wanted to stop at the car wash on Route 40 so I check my mirror and dip over onto the exit ramp. I did not see this Chevy Blazer, but apparently I cut him off. We pull up at the light right of off 29 and I put my window down. I lean over and I'm about to apologize (seriously, I knew I had cut him off and I was going to apologize) when the ****er hocks a loogey and takes off. I went from remorseful to full blown rage in .2 seconds. I followed the ****er for miles, literally like 30 minutes. Any chance I had to pull next to him I did, and I yelled at him to pull over. I would have beat the **** out of this kid on the side of road and left his *** in a ditch. Luckily for both of us, this dip**** was too scared to pull over. Judging on how pissed I was, I may have seriously hurt this kid and I would have spent some time in jail. Looking back, its not worth it. However, at the time I would have killed the ****er. Anyway, I guess my point is, if you let it slide the day of, why not let it slide now? I'm sure you're not as sore about as you were when it happened right? Anyway, if you must do something do this. Don't leave a note and don't do anything to his car. Simply wait for him outside his work and comfront him about it. If he's a man he'll simply apologize and admit to being drunk and stupid. If he's a ****tard, he'll say something dumb and you'll have a whole new reason to kick the **** out of him.

Baseball bats do an exceptional job at smashing knee caps. Just food for thought

Wild stuff there guys..... Truthfully I think you should just drop it. Yeah we all are tuff in our own ways and Im sure most can hold their own. But lets get real, from second hand experience it's not worth it. I still hang around some people who just don't give a F about anything. To make a long story short my friends were kinda in a situation like u but on the recieving end of getting f'd with. For once they decided not to escalate the situation and just walk away. Well the other guy decided to f with them. One thing led to another and now my friends are in jail b/c that person reported them after the incident.

Whether or not he seems all talk or not, those are the people who do dumb things when they are scared or being f'd with.

I say drop it b/c you have WAY too much going for yourself to worry about them. But hey it's really tempting to f with them let alone my attitude would of had me outside with them that night too.

let it go, things might escalate if you try to retaliate and then you'll be regretfull. IMHO either act right then/there when it happens or just let it go all together.

I think I'm in a no win situation though ... I park my car a couple times a week at a restaurant that is right across from the one he works at. Leaving the note (which has already been done) will let him know that I'm civil enough not to retaliate but have other options if he even thinks about doing something again to my car.

And I for one am not going to let this douche affect my day-to-day driving.
