Well if your going to enter the show, I guess we'll head out after the show lets out. So about 4:15...depending.
I sent my money in but will see how the weather is. I am not showing up at 10am and hanging all day in the rain. Guess I could allways walk to fridays or something to kill time hehe
I didn't have any particular time in mind to go over to sports page but I did plan on going when the rest goes. I was gonna check out some of the cars before hand too. So in a netshell, I'm heading over there when everyone else does.
I am not 100% sure I will be showing , Rain chance? early sunday ? stay to 430? guess I need to see what sat night holds. Going to mid way hehe.
you go to the midway? i havent been there in years. a girl i used to date used to go there all the time.... when you going? i may make a showing there too! lol
Nope, just an enthusiast. He bought it about a year ago though, maybe previous owner??? It has a 383 stroker, 9inch, tubbed, etc. Not really my cup of tea but respectable craftsmanship none the less. I know it was pretty rough when he bought and I haven't seen it since. I think he told me he was pulling 10.40's with it. It's street legal aswell.
See the weather has changed for the better, who did a rain dance. Regardless I think we should get together at the bar for a few drinks, and talk Z's/cars.
He traded another car for it, I think a dark blue Plymouth Duster he had. The He's a cool guy though, laid back, baffled by imports, def. not a biased car guy. He was saying he'd have to trailer it up there because of the gear set and no "proper safety restraints" for his nephew.
