welcome to the area. I think the nearest car wash(if you are military) is at the Scott Annex. Other than that, i have no clue....

 

I am at portsmouth also. You looking for someone to hand wash it for you or somewhere for you to wash it yourself? Scott annex is straight down the road out the gate and if you go down portsmouth across from pep boys they hand wash there.
