Looks really good Bert. Make sure you post pictures of those DB lips after your next tire change.

Any idea what the turnaround time is on wheels going to YOWS these days? My BBS's need some serious TLC, but I'd like to bring all four of them up at once (YOWS isn't exactly close to Sterling, ya know? )

The tires were removed for painting and put on after the job, my buddies at YOWS are super careful with wheels like this, they could change tires 50X and not mess up the paint on the edges

Yeah I understand, about 1 hour from Sterling. Right now they arent too busy, spring/summer could be 4-5 weeks, right now you can expect 4-6 days. They are open Monday-Friday 8-5 and Saturday 9-1. Give em a call tell them what you need and talk to John, Brian (or Dan on Saturdays) tell them I sent you. 410-796-8400

19X9.5" and 19X10.5" +22 offset. Tires are 255/285/35 KDW II

No problem Kelly, I know how you are with your car, they wont damage your wheels, like I said just have John or Brian do the mounting, they will put a guard on the entire outter lip, or put the wheel on upside down on the equipment so the tire bead doesnt have to pass the outter lip to get set...

You can't possibly get traction with those tires. How is driving in rain (if you bother)? Ive always wondered, never driven in a TT car in the rain.

In warm weather I hookup most of the time in 2nd if I ease into it. In colder temps traction starts in 4th Not bad in the rain out of boost....

Thats pretty amazing. If i gun it in 2nd i totally spin out and the rear starts to vibrate. I need to get summer tires. Im on Kuhmo ASX 275/40 in the rear. They have a lot of traction so i can't imagine what summer tires must feel like. Good luck.

I've been online, just not in the local forums.
I saw your name pop up so I had to check the thread out.

How many miles have you racked up on the new build?

I only have about 2000-2200 miles, I know its pathetic right? I only drive it in nice weather and when I know I can open it up. I wish I lived in Florida where I could drive this thing year round.

Nowell-good stuff cant wait to see what you come up with next...

Tony-whoa, when did you do that to your rims man? Car looks great with the drop...

Looks nice bert. I suppose Varis duct is not functional anymore now that you have TTed the Z, or is it supposed to confuse ricer kids when they see the duct and the intercooler and cant decide which one is functional.
