Default Recommendations for clear bra in Richmond area *Update- I got a price quote*

Hi,

I'll be picking up an '04 350Z ethusiast next weekend, and I wanted to start looking at getting quotes for a clear bra for the new car. I'm in the Richmond area and was wondering if anyone can recommend a shop in the Richmond area, Hampton Roads area, or possibly NOVA.

Also, does anybody know about how much the going rate is to have the bumper and the front part of the hood covered?

Thanks!

I had the front bumper, only, done at the detailing shop on W. Broad (across from Richmond BMW). I can't recall the price, but I'm very glad I did it.

Thanks for the info. I found two places in the Richmond area that can do clear bra. I'll get some quotes tomorrow and post up the information. I'll also see if I can track down the place you're talking about.

Well I called one place in Richmond (Ultrashield and they're located near Crown Acura on Broad St.) and I was given an initial quote of $450 to do the bumper and hood. The guy I spoke with, said I would still have to bring the car in so they could take a look at it.

So does that sound like a reasonable price for clear bra?

I got my entire kit from clearmask.com for around $320 shipped. includes the hood, fenders, front bumpers, headlights, and mirrors. Also includes a DIY video, and install tools. Install difficulty is only moderate, at best, and would be an all-day install, if you wanna do it yourself. I did, and it took about 7 hours for me to do all of it.
