I agree, I liked the polished work wheels on your Z. We could see you pulling into the car show a mile away with the sun hitting them.

 

Nice to meet all of you guys. Its been a long time since I came to these meets. To name a few it was nice to see Bert, Sly, Davidv, Charlie, Bligslim, Bill the cat, Chaz, Kieth and others that I cant remember the name of.

The Carrera GT was beautiful, my first seeing it in person.

 

Thanks for coming out guys. Glad you had a good time. I think we may have had more Z's than anything else out there. I only got to meet one or two of you because I was so busy but I'll come out to some of the local stuff.

Ya the food and logistics of getting people into the lot faster will be adressed next year. We had a pretty extensive plan to keep the foodline running fast, but we lost access to our big grills at the last minute and had to round up those little ones we used. If things had gone as planned there would have been two concessions stands on opposite ends of the meet.

 

let me kno if anyone has a pic of my car cause I didn't take one until the sun was already going down. It was the DB one parked right next to the concession stand.

 

the meet was pretty cool and it was nice meeting up with everybody again.the ride back was real fun (the columbia crew know what im talking about).

I've had two car stolen from me in the past, (Fair Lakes and Herndon), so anything I can do to help catch this thief I will contribute.

 

^^ I'll keep a look out. But how do you get it stolen from a meet?

 

You park on the outskirts parking lot where the majority of the crowd is no where near your car.

 

I noticed a few cars had keys in the ignition. They were in the thick of the meet though. Hondas are easier to pick - check out this article:

As dutchboy350Z posted, if you are on the outskirts, you are more vulnerable. It is a shame since the meet was so good.

On topic - It was so funny looking at the faces of people rolling north while we were rolling south to the campus. Many were curious, some looked like kids in a candy store... yet unable to get to the candy.

The meet just made me want to mod more. There were so many nice rides.
