Default CRC mass airflow cleaner

Has anyone used this? I picked up a can for about $7 at pep-boys; works great eliminated a rough idle I was having and it seems to run a little better even in this absurd heat wave.

any locals in the area I will clean yours for $5 (remove, clean and re-install MAF)

Stuff works great. I cleaned mine the same time I changed my spark plugs, so I'm not sure what to attribute my improved idle and throttle response to.

Those of you who have cleaned it and noticed a difference, how many miles did you go before cleaning?

The reason I ask is, I'm at 55K miles and just wondering if it's due or not.

I cleaned mine at about 75k. I was surprised at how clean it looked even before spraying the cleaner.

Just look at how dirty your air filter is at 20k miles. The filter doesn't stop all particles, so eventually it gets on the MAF filament. While you're cleaning the MAF, clean out the throttles body, too.
