I'm a testament to the fact CARB doesn't inhibit. Turbo is going on as we speak. Tons of nicely prepped cars are on the street everyday, I was just unfortunate to run into the biggest douche bag of a cop.

As for the gas, you make it sound like we put water in our tanks but we have many cars over here making 400, 500, 600 hp on 91 pump gas. It's all in the tuning.

Even on my ultra-conservative set-up, I made 350 wheel / 340 tq.
