don't think thats rather professional thing to do, so you may
want to simmer down over there. If you don't recall my friend
with a red Acura Integra which your shop worked on a few months
back I can refresh your memory because he hasn't forgotten and while
you overall made up for the screw ups. It still made me look like a fool
since I reffered him to your shop, but long story short when someone goes
in to get a suspension setup and walks away having Axels replaced which he
did not authorize...........well you get the idea. Again, I am not gonna put it out here but I do have the emails traded between him and Mike so let me know if you wish to keep going on about my "Acura Friend".

lol your post looks like a stanza in a poem that would be titled "Rabble Rabble Rabble: The Art of Rambling"

You need to talk to your friend Charles (acura integra) and get the whole story before you pass judgement. I think what we did for him is beyond what any shop would do for their customers. Second hand information always gets lost through translation. If you don't have his number, give me or Mike a call and we can give it to you. And tell Charles, that our tech said thanks for the tip$$ he gave them when he picked up his car.

Thank you to all those members who have ACTUALLY dealt with us for your positive comment on this post. We are by no means a perfect shop. There are humans behind the scene and as human we all make mistake. But what separates us from other shops is that we accept our faults and do what we can to make things right, instead of blaming the mistake on the customer.

I took my car to a garage. Picked it up and drove it around.
Ran over a curb and blamed myself for the damage.
I said I would never take my car to that garage again!!1!
But I had to

Passing judgement is not the case here, I know exactly what happened and I have already talked to Mike regarding this. I think you need to get YOUR facts straight before you go and call someone out. I have been at your shop before and had no gripes about the simple work done on my car. There is very little room for error when it comes to tuning as it is not a cheap hobby. I won't need to go into further detail as the problem was ultimately resolved be it negative or positive I am entitled to my opinion and take it for what its worth but do not discredit someone when you yourself do not know the 100% truth.

Hmmm... the P-Tuning guys are cool as hell (met them WAY back when I first picked up my Evo... had the only IX at the Mid-A MM that day). Heard nothing but good about them from all the Evo guys as well.

So you're complaining that you missed an appointment by more than 2 hours? I think Ptuning should make a thread about bad customers....

Reading is Fundamental...

I'm complaining about them telling me to come down, me almost getting there, and them telling me they can't do it. (Sitting in traffic with an unsprung, full race Tilton clutch is truly on of the 7 rings of hell.)
