Richmond newbie! HAHA, just wanted to say that! 1000 COLD HARD CASH for some LM's snuck out the back door . But seriously...it doesn't look like that huge of a markup on parts, they charge me dealer cost for the parts. Although i think I can lease a Versa for a song and a dance....

+1 on the price of the wheels, been looking for a decent set of track wheels...

And I can't promise I'll be there every Friday, as I think that would be a huge commitment for all of us. But I would be down for a couple times a month, maybe every other Friday or a set Friday of every month?

Oh, can't you lease a versa for a song and dance anyway? except at pohanka, they require your soul as a downpayment lol

I called this shop and the garantee strength... they have many car over 1000HP with there set ups!
It was $250 per wheel and took about two weeks, due to currnet volume (this was two weeks ago I asked)!

Damn you Corey! You're not supposed to help him keep them . Somewhere there is a set of track wheels with my name on them

I was looking and they can also add to the face of the wheel...meaning bigger lips...mmm track wheels with dish...mmm. That would be truley unique.

I talked to a buddy of mine who own's a shop "REDLINE CUSTOMS" out in Mechanicsville by the windmill on Mechanicsville turnpike. Its down a side road with lots of other shops around. He said if we wanted to start a once a month meet up we could use his shop. That way we can have a few "drinks", gril some food or what ever.

let me know how you guys feel about this and I can set it up.

I'll be there about 8, I guess we'll meet up first and then grab food, but if you guys get there earlier and get hungry, don't let me stop you. Just remember to get a table for two more..dont leave me hanging...

Toby: I'd be down to start a monthly meet out there...Mechanicsville isn't to bad for me, technically closer than short pump.

I know right about where that is. Down the road is the shop that put on my wheels. Certainly not the prettiest side of town but it would be nice to have a place where we know we won't get kicked out for loitering. A good idea for a daytime thing. So, yeah, I'd be up for it.

Chris, looks like Friday night will be a cold one, so dress warm if we're gonna hang outside for a few. The cold might keep us from hanging out too long outside so we don't get kicked off the lot right away. BTW, I'll probably show up around 7:15 - 7:30ish.

+1 On Mechanicsville, I'm downtown so it's not that bad for me.

Grilling out and having a few drinks, (mine will be milk of course ) would be awesome!

Oh yeah, this is a rant, but I also won't have the Z back for awhile. I got a call from the shop today, they may have to total my car. Someone is gonna get killed if that happens. So yeah if they total my car (5k), I may need some suggestions or hook ups to get my baby fixed with whatever crappy pay-out I get. I hate insurance, ughh why did I get rear-ended. Those thieves are not taking my car from me!!

Doesn't matter to me, I get off at 7pm no matter which Friday it is, which is perfect. We should maybe do it every other Friday? Would that be cool? Then it's often enough that we don't all forget about it.

Yea, I'm down for the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month, or if we cut it back to one, just do the first. How hard would it be to forget that we have a meet the first Friday of every month?
