I'm pretty sure they do ... you might want to call them and find out.

Considering you live in Virginia, P-tuning is a lot closer (driving to montgomery county from VA is a b!tch and a half).

Call Dave at Function Tuned, he'll take care of you!

No really though, springs is easy man just do it yerself!

As far as Navi goes, I didn't go to PTuning so I'm not sure if they do that kind of work. I just spent the last 3 days ripping my car apart and running wires and installing my system. So again, I'm in for the DIY! Nothing beats working on the car yourself, and saving 1100 bucks on a stereo install (thats what I was quoted)

Mind telling me why there would be a difference in install price between springs and coilovers?

Probably because they would adjust the ride height as well. But if not, there shouldn't be a difference in price. You're doing the same things on both installs.

I hope that quote(1100) you got was a mistake, car toyz (arthur) is really taking care of me he is installing my springs and my navigation system. Im going to stick to them for many other mods if they do a good job with my springs and nav.

I don't see how the extra $300 would add to the adjustment of coilovers...

If you take the time and have all the proper tools you can install systems yourself. But the fact of the matter is most of us dont have the full garages, tools and space to do so. I am all for having my parts installed by the pros to have a warranty to back it up and also to be sure my car is safe for me to drive when the breaks and suspension is taken into consideration.

I would suspect that the difference between springs and coilovers is time it takes to install, adjust and align the wheels so you car doesnt pull to one side or the other and also to make sure your not tearing through tires because you are out of alignment. We all know the Z's are the best on tires.

+2 on letting the Pro's do it.

I think the same way man, i dont want to experiment my abilities on my Z! specially if i never did them before. And like you said, TIME! i dont have much, and the little time i have i want to be on the road. But dont get me wrong, if i had the time and abilities to do it myself, i would.... does anybody have the swift spec-r??? i cant wait to have them installed.

There are many many military bases around where we all live. Fort Belvoir, Bolling, and Andrews. All of them have fully furnished auto shops with lifts, tools, and space that you need to do the job.
