Pho 75 - Rockville
771 Hungerford Dr
Rockville, MD 20850
(301) 309-8873

Parking sucks so consider this alternative - Go pass the restaurant and park at the Kohr Bros. lot near Cameron's Seafood. Take the short walk. Do not park in front of the shops as those are tow-away spaces, if not shoppers.

This Sunday is out for me. I have relatives coming over for some home cooking. Let's set up more pho meets as the weather starts to clear up.

Enjoy!

PS - Remember to get the iced or hot coffee.

With rice paper. She also uses crab and shrimp meat in it as well. I love the stuff. Last time we had it took my mother sister and girlfriend the better part of a day to roll it all. It lasted about an hour.

Awesome - rice paper FTW! Same here when we do it - it takes the day but goes sooo quick. The last time my wife made some, I was downing them as they were cooling on the paper towels. Only a few reserved for the kids made it onto the table.

Today we are making canh chua ca - tamarind soup with fish. Started the cooking at 0900. It should be ready by dinner time. Along with the soup, the wife is making spicy mussels and clams - pan steamed in a garlic, chilli flake, wine, and light oil sauce, couple pinches of salt and pepper. I am ready to eat!

I hope everyone had a good time today. A nice cold day like this is perfect for a large, hot bowl of pho.
